How We Work

We are dedicated to delivering maximum value in a timely and cost-effective manner.

We help you define your project as a series of short-duration iterations, and we work on one iteration at a time. Each iteration is defined based on knowlege gained from the previous iteration. Each iteration is roughly two weeks in duration, and delivers tangible progress toward your ultimate goal.

We will quote a fixed price for each iteration, once it has been defined. We charge by the hour only to help define an iteration.

You are free to cancel our engagement at any time after the in-progress iteration is complete. Since an iteration is generally two weeks in duration, your total risk is minimized.

We are here when you need us, and gone when you don't.

Facilities

You do not need to supply any space or equipment. We have our own fully equipped development labs in Connecticut. We employ only US-based developers.

We complete most development at our own location. We will travel to your location if and when necessary, for meetings, to deliver work product, to help integrate with other systems, to conduct training, etc., although even these activities can usually be conducted remotely.

If travel is required, we will bill reasonable and customary travel expenses.
